We had a wonderful experience with josh during our purchase-he was professional and attentive, always returning our calls and going out of his way to meet inspectors when we could not be there. His knowledge of the real estate in our area was excellent--we had a lot of questions! He spent much time answering them, and made us feel very comfortable about our purchase. He was also very helpful with the paperwork required for the sale, so at closing everything was prepared and went very smoothly. We would definitely reccommend josh, and use him again if the need arose. Thanks Josh!

I just purchased my first home and Josh Mothner was my Realtor. He was great. He had patience so that I could find my perfect home. He also had extensive knowledge regarding the market in the area. He worked around the clock, returned phone calls and emails promptly. He also gave valuable insight into financial aspects of purchasing my first home and market trends. I will continue to use Josh as my Realtor for future home purchases and will recommend him to anyone that is looking to list or purchase a home.

Most important Josh was an excellent listener and made sure he understood what I expected and wanted before we began the process. At the time I was living in a remote area about 3000 miles from the Keys. Since I was difficult to contact, Josh was left with many of the minor problems and questions associated with a sale. He handled all the details perfectly and made it so much easier for me. I know he had to spend extra time and effort on my behalf but he was always so cheerful about it. His knowledge and professionalism truly showed during negotiations. He provided me so much information and was accessible for explanations and discussion but gave me time to make my own decision. I am very happy with the entire process due to Josh's attention to detail and persistence. I highly recommend him.

Josh's knowledge of the Fla. Keys(Marathon) was very helpful. He had a complete understanding of the complete process of this purchase.
